Uscreen is a platform that helps creators and businesses turn their video content into a profitable subscription service. It allows anyone to build a world-class streaming platform or membership community with ease.
As a Product Designer, I worked on improving the sign-in experience, aiming to make the process faster, more intuitive, and aligned with Uscreen’s premium brand identity.
Challenge & Goals
The existing sign-in flow was functional but lacked a clear structure and a sense of brand personality. Visual inconsistencies and unnecessary friction points created confusion and reduced engagement.
The main goals were to:
Simplify the sign-in experience and reduce drop-off.
Improve the UI to match the updated product design system.
Use the first screen to promote Uscreen’s broader value through an engaging visual element.
Approach
I analyzed all screens in the existing sign-in flow to identify pain points and UX gaps. Based on the findings, I created a new, cleaner structure with a clear hierarchy and consistent UI elements.
A story-style promo slider was added to the entry screen, highlighting Uscreen’s key features and encouraging users to explore more about the platform while signing in.
The updated flow combines simplicity with brand storytelling. Visual adjustments in typography, spacing, and color create a more polished and confident look, while the improved logic reduces friction for returning users.
Results
The redesigned sign-in flow provided a smoother, faster, and more branded experience. Early feedback showed higher user satisfaction and increased engagement with promotional content.
Key outcomes:
18% reduction in sign-in drop-off.
Improved completion rate and user satisfaction.
Better visibility for Uscreen’s core features through the story-style promo slider.
A consistent and modern look that strengthens the overall product identity.
